Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month Through Professional Development and Charitable Partnerships
Driving Unity and Belonging in the Workplace and Our Communities.
This Hispanic Heritage Month, Nestlé Health Science is yet again proud to honor and celebrate the rich and diverse history and contributions of Hispanic and Latinx cultures to workplace and society. Each year from September 15th to October 15th, we encourage others to embrace the history, heritage and accomplishments of Hispanic and Latinx communities while also further fostering belonging and championing diversity.
"Hispanic Heritage Month is an opportunity to embrace the diversity and cultural richness of the Hispanic and Latinx communities," expressed Laurel Catlett-King, Vice President and Head of HR at Nestlé Health Science U.S. “It is also a time to engage our own employees and encourage them to become bigger and better allies to all the communities we partner with.”
From September 15 – October 15, Nestlé Health Science encourages all employees to engage with a variety of activities organized to emphasize Hispanic Heritage Month. Our Latinx Employee Resource Group and the Nestlé Latino Network are proud to facilitate sponsor events aimed at fostering education and inclusivity, including in-person celebrations and observances, mentorship workshops, market education and much more.
